He's Finally here!!

Okay well the morning of the 27th my water broke!!! I had my son via c-section that say day at 6:52pm. I wasn't contracting on my own and I didn't dilate past a 4 in 16 hours... Ohh and not to mention Holden was getting stressed out after all my contractions his heart beat would drop under 100 so they decided it was time to just get him out! I was so happy they decided that because I was so tired and worried about my little man. They had me on oxygen pretty much the whole time thinking that would help Holden's heart rate stay up but that didn't work. Anyways hes came out screaming and healthy! He weighted 6 pounds 11 ounces 19.5 inches long. I'm so in love with him! My husband Jason flew home from deployment just to see him born and also my parents were here for it too which was amazing!!! So please welcome Holden Douglas Westbrook into the world <3

 This is Daddy right after he was born!! The nurse was awesome and took pictures on her phone. What a proud daddy <3 I love them so much <3 XOXO.

Holden's Room

So for our little boy we decieded on a JUNGLE theme! Mostly because there is so much to do with it and because it's baby/toddler so we won't have to change it for a while :) Here are some pictures...
and yes that is a huge stuffed giraffe it stands about 4.5 feet tall :)

I absolutely love his bedding<3 The ears on the elephant aren't attached to the bedding so they are floppy :) Also the hair on the giraffe is the same way! There are tons of different textures on it. Everything about his room is just perfect!!

Pregnancy!!

So has I wrote in my last update I am due ANY day now! We found out that we were pregnant on Oct, 13th 2012! We couldn't have been any happier! My official due date is June 28th 2013(My mom's and my niece Kaydence's birthday)! My pregnancy is so easy no morning sickness headaches or back pain! 2 days to go and still no swelling either. My doctor says I have the most boring pregnancy there is, but I guess I would rather have a boring pregnancy then a complicated one :) Here are a few pictures throughout my pregnancy.

Holy cow long time no post!!

Well it's almost been a year since I have been on here! I'm not sure why I even quit! Last time I wrote I said I my husband and I were trying to conceive!! Well in October I got pregnant!!! I am due in 3 days!! Well 2 now because today is pretty much over!! We are having a son his name will be Holden Douglas Westbrook! I will make a special post with his room and then another of my pregnancy pics :)) 

Oh and I recently quit that crappy jack in the box job I had :) life is great can't wait to share my son with y'all :)) 

It's been awhile.

I promise I am going to start posting more! So let's update! I just turned 21 that night was fun, but drinking isn't my thing! We are still trying to conceive :) also I start a new semester of classes today! Work is the same as always.... Lame! This one is short but I will update again later tonight or tomorrow!!!!

Update!

Well lets see I haven't been on here in a while but let me update you! So me and my husband have started trying to conceive! I am so happy and can't wait to be a mother, its something that I have wanted for along time, but the timing is now perfect! So with that being said I didnt want to have only 9 months to get ready for a baby since we just started trying this month it might be a month or two before i do actually conceive although i have a feeling that I am pregnant but if not its not like i have been trying forever so well just keep trying. Anyways we already started the big ticket items since we know that my family isnt going to get us anything except maybe a couple outfits, his will probably buy us our crib. Like I said we already started buying diapers, and gender nuetrual clothing. A car seat and stroller, a high chair, pack n play, bouncer, and a swing!! I just really wanted to buy things that way when I am 100 sure I'm pregnant we dont only have 9 months and I can enjoy my pregnancy not worrying about getting everything and stressing out me and the baby! Plus i love shopping for baby stuff so im sure ill have fun buying bottles, bedding, and gender specific clothing once i find out what sex I am going to be having. Oh and also i bought 2 boppys, a bumbo, a badass diaper bag, a onesie that has my husbands command log and squadron number on it, some hooded towels, wash cloths, some car seat toys and a couple other cute things. My best friend Holly thinks that we are going to be having a girl, but I think otherwise. Either way My husband and I dont care we just want a cute healthy baby!! That's all that matters to me!!

oh on that note, all this baby shopping has been happing with holly who is going to be adopting a baby so shes been doing the samething with buying EVERYTHING, and today she started painting the nursery!!! We already moved everything out of our one room and made the office and guest room one room so that we could start getting the nursery together. Right now its just the stroller car seat. and the base and all the cloths and diapers and toys. The next big thing we buy will be the dresser i want its longer then taller, and the glider. like i said i really am hoping that my husbands parents buy the crib because the one we want is 400 dollars. so well thats it for now. I'll be posting more often now that I am shopped out on baby stuff for now : D

College :)

I was in school for nursing, but I had only taken general classes after about a month or so of thinking I decided that I didn't want to finish going to school to be a nurse. I found that it was just not right for me. So with that being said I went and signed up for a paralegal associates degree at Kaplan University. Everything is set up and my student loan and fasfa are all done. I have to register for my first set of classes tomorrow!! I start them on July 5th! I am so excited!! I have always been interested in law and how attorneys need things set up for thier cases!! So this should be a really great area of study for me. I am also going to take a family law class which then i can deal with adoption, divorce, and other family cases. I'm very excited for this.

Then only thing thats going to suck is my want of a sleeve!! Which then in this work force I am going to have to cover up!! That is one thing that I am willing to do though, because I really want a Sleeve.
